From all information I could gather so far it becomes apparent that our KUBE ancestors have had predominantly a fine attitude for social affairs and proved much political and religious involvement. Therefore, it is not surprising that professions were chosen that support the community, i.e. teachers, writers, scientists etc. until even today. These virtues were than often underlined in appropriate positions within our societies of which are some documented hereafter.

1866 - 1944 Hermann - Head of Municipal Parks in the city of Hannover

1880 - 1929 Alexander - Music Teacher (Head of Teachers)

1884 - 1949 Paul - Scientist and Mathematician

1887 - 1943 Richard Paul Wilhelm - Nazi Govenor Ostmark (Belorussia)

1888 - 1939 Fritz - Author and Specialist of "Sudeten" Teacher

1899 - 1978 Fritz - Anti Fashist and Politician (a school is named after him)

1923 - 1945 Werner - Member of Resistance to NS (a street named after him)

In terms of professions the researches also reveal that many members of our family have been striving for independence, i.e. to run their own business or having leading, "executive" positions allowing for a certain freedom and wealth. It should also not come as a surprise that many KUBEs have obtained the title as "Master" in their trade or to be highly qualified bearing titels as Doctor etc.
